Nosso Manifesto
The message here is that we will not complicate what can be simple, but we will not be shallow in our approaches. Through this choice for simplicity, we invent and reinvent ourselves every day to converse with the world in a more welcoming way.

We do not believe in ready-made formulas, and we do not try to force-fit things just to justify a legacy.
It is not about resisting the model, but about having the freedom to disagree. If everyone is agreeing, there may be opportunities.
We have partner people who can come and go, and we believe that our biggest leaps come from the humble realization that the most amazing people may not want to work with us “right now”.
When we remove the need to win, interaction flows in a more constructive way. We believe in this so deeply that it is a north star for all our projects. We know it is the questions that move the world, not the answers.
Our impartiality is a method. And we always want to be a relief.
Art is also mathematics. In the midst of this creative whirlwind, we measure, analyze, and give back. Learning and relearning is our continuous movement.
We do not want to be big if that costs us what we value most, which is closeness to people.
We are gentle with our mistakes. Lumtree is antifragile in that the ideas that went wrong do not invalidate the learning that comes from these errors. We are all pilots, and we know how to be the crew when we do not know the route.
